Building Attractive Work Environments Meeting
Mr. Abdul Mohsen Al-Huwaidi, Human Resources and Administrative Services Expert, presented a secret community meeting entitled “Building Attractive Work Environments.” The meeting was distinguished by a large attendance and great interaction from attendees interested in the field.
During the meeting, Mr. Abdul Mohsen Al-Huwaidi shared his experience with the attendees, as he worked in several organizations and contributed to three of these organizations winning the Best Work Environment Award. The meeting addressed the most important requirements and practices necessary to build an attractive and positive work environment.
During the meeting, Mr. Abdul Mohsen talked about the basic criteria for attractive work environments (Great workplace fundamentals), and Mr. Abdul Mohsen shared with the attendees a file containing a section on the organization’s culture and a section related to employee appreciation and belonging.
