Mindfulness: Enhancing Professional Performance
Dr. Hamoud Al-Abri presented a Sarya Community session titled “How to Reach the Present Moment and the Power of Now to Greatly Enhance Your Professional Performance.”
The session offered an engaging journey into the concepts of mindfulness, including practical exercises to help participants manage their emotions and reactions.
Dr. Hamoud emphasized the importance of practicing mindfulness exercises daily for just 10 minutes, explaining how this habit helps reduce stress and tension, increase focus at work, and significantly decrease burnout.
