Building Attractive Work Environments
Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Huwaidi, human resources and administrative services expert, presented a Sarya Community session titled “Building Attractive Work Environments.”
The session was marked by wide attendance and strong engagement from participants interested in the field.
During the session, Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Huwaidi shared his extensive experience, having worked in several organizations and contributed to three of them winning the Best Workplace Award. The session addressed the key requirements and practices needed to build an attractive and positive work environment.
Mr. Abdulmohsen also discussed the fundamental criteria for great workplaces and shared with attendees a file containing sections on organizational culture as well as employee recognition and belonging.
